I see MS coming out with this towards the middle/end of the Xbox One's lifecycle, similar to Kinect.

With well thought out implementation and decent marketing this can be massive.

By holiday 2014, Xbox One will be luckky to have a healthy install base. It is $500. You can't ask people to spend an extra $100-$200 on a projector.

Yes you are right but people who have the extra cash can cash in when it releases, people who can't afford it can wait until it drops. This is not going to stop them from buying a xbox one. They just have to save up for the other. Xbox One will be $400 by next year. People who bought in the first year are likely to grab this as well. They should just get production costs down, so people can buy in a year later.
