There's a radioshow in Canada that gave babies as the prize and people really love the idea as contestants were couples that can't have kids of their own.
I think it's definitely a great idea and prize for those that want to have kids. It's a win-win, for the couple and the babies. The only 'lost' is to the unfit parents that gave their kid away.
