I still play on getting it on WiiWare at some point. It would be nice if he got it on the Wii U eshop where the restrictions on game sales are removed. If anything it shows dedication/loyalty that he knew he might not see a single cent from WiiWare but did it anyways. He kept his word and there aren't many people in this world (especially business) that can say that.
