Who has officially preordered the Xbox One or PS4? Where?

PS4 Amazon. Right after the unveil. It was weird really. I pre-orded it before the Launch Edition and Regular Edition existed. When they popped up, I was switched to regular edition. Then 2 weeks ago back to launch.
