As long as the source is included in the OP, at the worst I would call it baiting. And if you believe everything you read on the internet without question and never think, "This sounds really wrong, I should check the source," you deserve to be baited.
That said, I'm not a mod, so if a mod doth decree this to be trolling and a bannable offense, I wouldn't argue the matter.
