letters to nintendo 2 (spin off characters are not "new" characters)

wario first appeared in 92 (just barely missing the cut).

im just saying, it's too often that the new characters they push are just rehashes. it would be nice to see a completely new concept character and then have that guy/girl start appearing in like kart, party, etc.
