Yeah that case is totally fine... The fact you have a modular power supply now and can only plug the cables that you need will help you keep everything clean...since the case doesn't have a way to route cables through the back.
You may want to pick up a cheap 5 dollar 120 mm case fan and put it on the back for exhaust. It has a front intake fan, but no exhaust fan.
