I know this site has issued a jihad against EA, but I'm stoked for Army of Two. As long as it doesn't turn out to be a suckfest, I'm sold on that game.
Also, vaporware or not, I'm a huge mark for Sadness.

Rainbow 6: Vegas 2
Splinter Cell: Conviction
Alan Wake and SC: Conviction occasionally pop up in fanboy exclusivity lists, but typically as afterthoughts.
