Will There Be Any Game Better Than The Last of Us This Year?

The only game that could compete with TLOU this year is GTA V , I think it will be even better .
I highly doubt games like Bioshock or TR would win GOTY over TLOU .
so GOTY 2013 is either TLOU or GTA V .
