I would get a GTX 680. While the new 700 series is nice, those cards wont be necessary until maybe 2015. The 680 is already more powerful than the ps4 and xbone graphics cards, so I would get a 680 now, and then by the time you save up money, the next generation of Pc graphics cards will be out. However its your decision, just putting in my two cents, do what you want:)
