Considering The Last of Us being the "best" game of the year so far is just an opinion, I'll say yes, other games will be better. From Metacritic scores alone, I think the only game that might top it would be GTA5. Everything else is merely subjective opinion, and in my personal opinion, I think Fire Emblem: Awakening is the game of the year so far. And you can't say that I'm wrong, because that is, again, MY opinion. And that's the problem with threads like these. If the thread was titled "Will there be any game that scores higher on Metacritic than The Last of Us this year?" then it would be more appropriate.
