I doubt that 3.5 is an accurate number and also doubt that Sony wants to have T.V. functionality.

If they don't follow XBox one they will lost this gen.  Sorry but thats what I think. People want more and more.

Given there were more TV features on the PS3 than the 360, chances are Sony will have more this time around as well. It's just that they have probably realised you don't try and get the early adopters on anything non-gaming related.
