Since when did Sony keep facts from us? They just didn't restrict us and kept making high quality exclusives. Microsoft and Sony are in no way equal when it comes to consumer thinking.

 

that's a matter of opinion to me Sony is one of the biggest hardware scam out there, right next to Apple and Bose and many others. They might not hide stuff, but "consumer thinking" give me a break. Their entire line is overpriced, I am not saying the quality is not there but beside their high-end devices, the quality/price ratio is deplorable and even in the top end customer products it is hardly justified in comparison to the competition. I actually think their PS is the only thing on the hardware side they do properly.
