It depends on what your definition of a system failing is. If it's having no games, then yes, as of now it's a failure. But on August 4th, things are going to change. If it's the system being a bad piece of hardware, well personally I love my Wii U, but that's your opinion. If its that it's selling poorly, as of now you are correct, but again, that is all subject to change. We can't judge the Wii U until it actually has competition, because as of now, it's the only next-gen console on the market.
