Basically a chef in New Zealand had his via denied because he was ruled to be too fat and therefore a strain on the healthcare system.

Thoughts?  Fair or Foul?

Should countries be able to kick people out for this?

Should they require medical records and examinations before you come over and be able to deny entry in the country due to prexisting conditions?

If your in town on a visa and develop a chronic illness should they be able to deny your visa and send you back?
