More powerful card like suggested would be a good idea. A band name PSU like a Corsair, Antec or OCZ may be wise as well. 650w is plenty powerful but dunno about the brand.
Also since most of this stuff is mid range, you could probably build an AMD based machine with similar performance and save 100-150 bucks. You could invest that in to an SSD boot drive.
