Well I'm pretty annoyed with Sony at the moment who might have less available RAM than the Xbox One. They wern't up front about that, which I'm not happy with.
At the same time I did agree with Microsoft's DRM policy, I don't agree with other things. But who really cares, if you trust them get their console, if you don't don't get the Xbox.
