Actually it's 4.5GB for games and 512MB flex memory.  So, 512MB of memory is swapped to a disk cache, freed, and available to the OS.  At which point it has 3.5GB of RAM to use.


Actually it's 5Gb for games. 4.5gb+1gb of *flex memory. 512mb are reserved and used for file swapping or something like that.* The flex memory isn't used for the OS at alll, and is always available for the games at any time.
