Generally, yes. I don't generally follow GamesCon, but as I recall the year Kinect released, there isn't a presentation that I remember, just game demos on the show floor. I think GamesCon is normally games, not keynote speeches or pre-show events. I think because of what's going on with new consoles, both Microsoft and Sony are doing something special.
