Essentially, just keep adding a Geforce 680 untill your performance is adequate.
But even at 5760x1080 you might be pleasently surprised how many games you can run at 60fps with a single Geforce 680.

Thanks for the info!  I'm pretty sure I have a 750w PSU.  That's should be enough or should I try and find one that's over 800w just to be on the safe side?
