I don't know...
WhatI understand 4.5GB is fixed to games and the OS can't get anymore for it... and 2.5GB is fixed fo OS... 1GB is shared if no game is runing the OS uses it for apps but if the Games ask for it the games uses it over the OS (games have priority).
