I just don't know why the daughter is being charged with disorderly conduct. I don't think she utters a peep throughout the whole ordeal, and she only springs to action once her mother is being assaulted; something most people should do.
This is why I think middle-aged women and men shouldn't be bus drivers, I think ex-cons would fit nicely. Kids will be scared, but a part of it will be out of respect. Plus it helps former prison inmates to rehabilitate into normal society by giving them a steady job.
In the end, everyone wins.
