I'm struggling to see how giving free dev kits that cost 2500 dollars for a year is equivalent to paying for exclusivity. I guess if you squint a little, I can kind of see the connection.
The Xbox One will someday allow every system to be a devkit for free - is that moneyhatting also? I don't get it.
