Manual. Just gives you the edge you need. I hope to play GT5 pro soon and see how much faster I will be online thanks to that. I'll probably miss my braking point though with my big mouth.
Edit: I find myself more aware of the race and the car while using manual. Keeps me sharp on every corner. Afterall, switching to a wrong gear can be devastating and cause you to lose.
