That's the problem when discussing the daily image, I agree with you that today's image is a Kid Icarus stage but I'm still pretty sure yesterday's image was FIre Emblem.

Yesterdays image was Kid Icarus. Sakurai's comment on Miiverse doesn't leave any other possibility. Today's image is what I think will be the new Battlefield stage.

Hm, if you haven't played KI:U yet this assumption is reasonable. But trust me, once you have played it the artstyle, lighting and flying enemies in the background will instantly make you think of Kid Icarus^^
