Why did MS change everything on the ONE?

Think of Sony back in 2006. They did a great job turning that clusterfuck around yet everything takes time. It wasn't till 2009 that they got back in the game. The vast majority of core gamers take a few years to convert back.

True, and we profit from Sony´s disgrace, we won PSN PLUS, UNCHARTED, Heavy Rain, LBP, Last of Us, Killzones, all that stuff. If they were sucessfull from the beginning, we would not be playing free games on Plus, that is for sure.

They had to slave and go the extra mile to get us back, maybe MS will do the same now: More cool exclusives and more free stuff, that is good.
