I just pray they use the extra power. I really want even third party devs to use that GPU to its fullest. I mean I can understand why they wouldn't want to use Cell but with PS4's PC architecture and not trying to use a CPU to boost graphics we should have them upscale stuff like FPS on PS4 versions. Since they won't want to add extra stuff to PS4 versions so as to keep MS happy I'm hoping they just give us PS4 gamers 60fps on most 3rd party games that would be awesome.
