Please define bad.
Bad for one could be: Rural.
Bad for another could be: Poor Internet access.
Bad for someone else still, could be: I can't go out at night because the chavs will knife me.
If all of the above, then yeah that's bad. I would suggest moving to Bardney, but maybe you already live there.
I have a strong desire to move to Scotland, but I'm aware of some of the places to avoid there. Glasgow at night can be pretty rough. Especially if you're old, young, middle aged, female, male, alone, with friends, or family. But as with any city, there are places you don't want to meander into at night, and there are others where you're quite safe. The challange is knowing where you're going.
