My point is to exchange with a diverse range of opinions and to facilitate discussion and/or debate. Perhaps also to learn something from the perspective of other people. I know no one's going to magically come in and say, "That's it. You've convinced me. I'm now an atheist." I've spoken with many theists who I knew would never change their mind, but the discussions were interesting nonetheless.
