SoE doesn't count considering its based off a Japanese game. Hell, any western game from that age doesnt count because regardless of what region you were from you were using the foundation of game design set by Japan. We have seen countless times this generation the end of result of western developed Japanese games. They end up being nothing like the source material and more like whatever outside source's inspired the developer. Maverick Hunter X looked more like Prime rip off then a Megaman game. Castlevania: LoS felt more like a Lord of Rings. DmC was heavily inspired by the the guys favorite movie and band and barely looks anything like a DmC, Pretty much they end up being in name only.
