No it's not. I don't even see why you would even say that. You might not like replaying very old games, but a lot of people do. It doesn't matter if you've beat a game. I beat Tomba in 1997 and played it and beat it again a few days ago. It felt fucking awesome. I didn't remember most of the events that happen and the few things that I did remember made me very nostalgic. Of course you can play Tomba on ps3 (but it looks terrible) and psp (not as good as on vita, but still pretty good).
The games available on psvita (non ports) are pretty darn awesome and I'm not surprised you say that, since you don't have one. But still calling it a waste is a very strong statement and I would avoid it if I were you in the future. It's a result of ignorance, since you haven't played most of them if any. That's why you don't see me calling WiiU a waste, as I've only played one game (Rayman Legends) on it at my local HMV. Since I don't own one and don't know enough about its exclusives, not only am I not calling it a waste, but I don't comment negatively on positive threads about WiiU, especially considering my limited knowledge of its value.
