Of course most reviewed poorly, their on Vita. A system that people say they want AAA games and when they get them they say "this game doesn't feel right on portable" and give it a 6/10 or compare it to the PS360 versions. Then when it gets games suited for a portable they complain that they want AAA titles. Besides if you want to use reviews Vita has 56 games over 75 on Metacritic while 3DS has 59 games over 75... not a big difference.
Also those games I listed that aren't out yet are under a section called "Up Coming Vita Games", weird huh?
