Of course it delivers. AI, for the most part, is without a doubt better now. As RAM increases, so does AI potential. Of course, it all depends on how far developers are willing to go in terms of AI programming. Still, generally speaking, AI improves with every generation. It always puzzles me when people say that it hasn't progressed. Perhaps we just aren't playing the same games.
