The PS2 was way ahead, and was pulling farther and farther ahead. The PS3 is way behind, and is falling farther and farther behind. These launches just are.not.comparable.

PS3 it`s not selling bad(only low). It`s selling good, like PS2 did first year.
If ps3 will sell less then 5 mln, by the end of this year, then yeah, ps3 is not doing good.
PS2 in first 6 month in japan made 2,5 Mln. with 300$ price.
PS3 in first 6 month in japan+usa made 2,4 Mln. with 600$ price
PS2 in another 6 month made 8 mln. worldwide with price 300$.
PS3 in another 6 month have to make 7 mln. worldwide with 600$ price.
1,5-2 for japan, 2,5-3 mln. for usa, 2-2,5 mln. for other.

November-December may make 2 mln. in usa and 2 mln. in other + 1 mln. in japan. That would be 5 mln. and 2 mln during june-october, i don`t se a problem.
