I sent you a trade request a few minutes ago as I wanted to test if I can just give you some cards without getting something in return but the trade window didn't open. You can't trade and I can't sell 
(Steam tells me that I'm only reliable to use the market on Aug 11th at 15:57:33 GMT+2 and not a second earlier). Feels like being monitored by HAL 9000.
