They are not saying it is banned. Just making it harder for kids to get ahold of it. Are you all against being 21 to buy beer or 18 to buy cigarettes as well?

It's not the same thing, and it's not what this law tries to do.

This law is in theory to prevent kids to watch porn through the internet. Will it stop them from watching it? Nope. Everyone of us hold a Playboy or other magazine about it when we weren't supposed to, or watched a porn movie at a friends house that he "just found".

And what will happen here is that porn sites will just change their name. Hhave you noticed how we are using the word "porn" in this thread while in any other one we would be using things like "p0rn" or "pron", etc. This is what will happen, and since IP providers will claim that they can't control every web out there (this was their excuse with the movie/music industry) so they won't do nothing and only the fools will notify that they want porn.

Because let's be honest, this is not a law about crimes or felonies. This is a morality law. And this is something that in this day and age we should all be against.

Besides, if they acomplish to do it, what will they do next? Block site news from other countries as they don't explain the "real" situation of the country and damage the trust the citizens have with their government?
