Looks like Dragons Crown is getting a retail EU release. ShopTo have it listed as Friday 25th of October 2013.

Yes they have other games listed that haven't had a retail release but for the most part, if they have an actual release date listed rather than TBC, it's coming.
Awesome news! :D was worried this would be just a download release in Europe.
