I think for me it's now, finished school for good and hopefully going to university to do History.

I thought i ws the only one who is going to study history . Good choice man :)

OT: I think its 2006-7 for me

I came back here expecting someone to try to discourage me from studying it. For some reason, some people think it's a useless subject, i don't know why. But anyway, i'm glad someone agrees with me. I'm passionate about history, always have been. Something about the past just interests me, i suppose it's because society changes so much but i'm not sure what it is. Anyway, what periods in history did you look at?

Mostly european, altough I hope that is going to change when i get introduced with foreign history. Like mongolian, china, japan seems interesting. One of the periods that interest me the most is the Minoan civilization. i remember when i was 10 I did my lecture about the minoans. Everyone was talking about their sport or pet and i did it about the minoan civilization lol.

Anyways, yours?

I don't really know until i start in October but on the university open day there was European, American and Chinese history from what i remember. I wish there was a greater variety though and most of it is only from the last 500 years from the looks of it. But never mind, there is still alot to choose from.
