A couple of things to consider about the amazing performance of The Last of Us;
It's an 18+ title
Is exclusive to 1 format
Is released in the summer drought
Is released near the end of the generation
It hasn't been discounted in price yet
The system it's released on is not leading in the UK market
It's a new IP
And then it goes on to stay at number 1 for 6 consecutive weeks. Simply mind-boggling! And let's not forget about all the perfect review score it's managed to earn.
