The way I look at it those weren't N64 ports though, they completely remade the visuals for Star Fox 64 and Ocarina of Time.  Idk when you just port the same game, then I consider it a multiplat, but when you completely redo the visuals then I don't.  I guess its just a difference of opinion.  For something like Donkey Kony Country Returns 3D I agree with you, that is a multiplat on the Wii too.
