 if he actually found him, the US army or Marines would kill him, do you think that they would go around the desert alone? 

 In the trailer I saw country names like Marocco and Egypt and if I am correct then he will be there alone yes of course with a  movie crew /guide etc....This is not serious finding him this is just laughing with it =/;

 they also go into military zones looking, hence the soldier saying when we say move MOVE!

 It COULD be some actors...
