 Well back in the nes days it sold the same it sells now in the1-3 millions and that was really good back then. I don't think nintendo will stall it. The only reason why it took a skip of a generation because they wanted to figure out how to make the transition to 3d. We will have more metroids. The games make nintendo money so they will still keep making them.
