The RSX is already 28nm in the new models... the Cell goes to 22nm soon and after Sony will do a RSX + Cell SoC package.
And the RSX and Cell are not that big anymore...
RSX: 40nm @ 114mm²
Cell: 45nm @ 115mm²
The RSX in 28nm can be close to 80mm²... the Cell in 22nm maybe close to 60mm²... bothe SoC in 22nm below 120mm².
