Well PS4 don't have the massive $300 loss per console like PS3... I think they are selling the PS4 with little to no loss.

Sony will have to make PS4 in the next quarters without selling until launch.  That will generate losses even if they are temporary, won't it ?

Using existing cash to build inventory doesnt create a loss on a P&L.

Without adequate working capital they would be closed down and bankrupt. 

They will have well over $5bn in cash, well over.

Would not a lot of the impact on working capital due to the manufactue cost of the PS4  , depend on how they have structured their payments cycles in regard totheir pipeline partners. maybe Kowen could clear this up.
