The article itself is pretty good and insightful. I've known for quite a while that MS was like this (which has mostly to do with how big business corporate culture works). But to say that the Xbox One team should be "culled" is ludicrous. I can guarantee you that most of the Xbox One team has little to no say in this type of thing (which is again part of that big business corporate culture).
