Now that we are friends over Steam (necessary), one of us sends a message to the other and then in the chat window there is the option to make a trade.

I start the trade with you, you accept it and we are both send to a page with the items in our invetory. You, on the uppser side of this page, drag the item you want to trade to the section to do this on the right, I'll do the same and you'll see what I'll trade in the space on the right under yours. Once both of us are ready we mark the "ready to trade"(or something like that) thing in the middle and then at the bottom right a button to make the trade will turn green. When both of us click it the trade will be done.

That's it more or less.

But as I said in the message i've sent, I can't do it right now.
