Looking at his post history; it is not the first time he is arguing to death for semantic ans while it is perfectly okay; he needs to stop ignoring the point being made just because of that.

I guess after a while it could become spam, but man just let it go. We beat the dead horse to death.

Also, we don't need to know the PMs he's sending you. Resolve that between yourself and a mod, don't bring that up in a thread.
