I think you're confused by my statement. I'm saying having an abortion is not an enjoyable experience.

Going through that experience is a consequence of not making a stronger effort to prevent the pregnancy.

... No, what you said right there isn't unclear; apparently, though, that's not what you meant. Regardless of whether it's an "enjoyable experience" or not, having an abortion's hardly a consequence.
