Kid Icarus, even if it is just a suped up port of Uprising, so long as its battle mode and the controls for the touch screen (or being able to use the second analog) are improved.
Trauma Center/Team, I'd love to see one these, I hate that I won't get another chance at fake surgery all while hokey anime junk goes on around me.

EX Troopers, Capcom botched this aiming it exclusively after the Japanese audience when they could have gotten more cash with a international release. A enhanced Wii U version released in the West should draw more interest especially with a Western release and given the lack of Wii U titles of its type.
