that was economical suicide.Instead of pushing their old OS and establishing on the smartphone market establishing a loyal userbase and and than slowly shifting to windows(as there never was a real need to make 100% windows phones instead of 20% nokia OS,30% android and 50% windows)
instead they went 100% with an OS that was 99% unsuccessfull.I still wonder how nokias leading people could have been that stupid.
It is always important to have more than one pillar to be able to stay independent and to react and shift position when things are going wrong,especially when main pillar has a low market share and is very weak-so weak that microsoft released some windows phones(kin) and cancelled production within few month.This was just like betting on a dead horse.
